In this small group (space limited) event you will engage in a values exploration activity, hear from trained Well-Being Peers to fully understand free campus resources that support wellness & decrease your stress, and answer journal prompts that walk you through your 2025 goal for thriving on campus and having a successful semester!
After stay for a free dinner (registration required) and enjoy creating an optional vision board or crafting that critical voice that you can tell to "Zip it!" All supplies are provided.
