Powerhouse is committed to being engaged with the community and celebration of this annual historic event.
Powerhouse will be educating the community and provide fun, educational activities to the youth. The event will contain the following: live cultural entertainment, appropriate multi-age games, food and historical history displays.
Powerhouse will host a display of key African Americans of Boone County that promotes historical culture. We will utilize evidence based educational enrichment curriculum and activities for the youth and adults of Boone County.
