Black at Mizzou Study

STUDY PURPOSE

Campus racial climate reflects the extent to which a campus environment is perceived as welcoming and inclusive of racial diversity. The Black at Mizzou Study examines how perceptions of campus racial climate influence psychological well-being among Black undergraduate and graduate students at the University of Missouri-Columbia, while exploring the cultural strengths and resilience factors that may promote positive outcomes over time.
