Racialized Impostor Phenomenon
Scale Development Study
STUDY PURPOSE
Research shows that Impostor Phenomenon (IP) is especially prevalent among Black individuals. However, current IP constructs may be missing the racialized aspects of this phenomenon.
In collaboration with Dr. Kevin Cokley and his Research on Race, Achievement, Culture, and Education (RACE) lab, the Racialized IP Scale Development Study seeks to develop the first novel scale designed to assess the impostor phenomenon among racially marginalized populations.
